From 14.07.95 till 01.11.95 was - engineer engineering department exploration of mineral resources of the State Mining Academy of Ukraine (DHAU);

From 01/11/95 till 31/10/98, the - post-graduate department of engineering exploration of mineral deposits of the National Mining Academy of Ukraine (Lmt);

From 02.11.98 till 10.05.02 was - assistant technology exploration of mineral deposits of the National Mining University (NMU);

Ph.D.. Ph.D. June 21, 2000 at Specialized Academic Council D 08.080.06 at the National Mining Academy of Ukraine, on the theme "Technology isolation zones takeover drill holes using a thermoplastic material."

Since 05/10/02, the assistant professor of engineering exploration of mineral deposits NSU.

Deliver lectures for students majoring in 7.090306 - "Drilling" full-time and part-time students on courses: "Fundamentals of metrology, standardization and interchangeability", "Hardware and plugging holes", "Drilling of shallow wells," "Mechanics of rocks." Directs course and diploma projects, training, production practices and undergraduate students.

Performs a significant amount of technical work, participates in training manuals, methodical instructions for the disciplines of the department, to the industrial practice of methodical instructions from diploma projects.

Sudakov AK is one of the initiators of the opening of the Department "Technology exploration of mineral deposits" educational complex of training, retraining and training of workers by occupation "Machinist rig".

Main areas of research is the development of scientific-direction, which is a theoretical justification for fixing unstable and isolated flooded horizons thermoplastic blends during drilling, development of means for cutoff curtain in the borehole, the development of new plugging materials.
