Igor Pakhomov
Ph.D., Associate Professor

was born in Sverdlovsk (Urals) in 1932 and since 1938 living in Ukraine. He graduated from high school in 1950 with Gold Medal in the same year entered the Moscow Geological Exploration Institute of Mining and drilling department, specialty "Technology exploration of mineral deposits".

After graduation, working first in the Donbass technologist Honzhonkovskoyi HRP, senior engineer of the production of trust "Artemheolohiya." Since 1961 he has been working on research work at the Institute of Mineral Resources researcher, head of the Laboratory of diamond drilling. He performed with the introduction of diamond drilling in Donetsk and Krivoy Rog basin.

In 1969 he defended his thesis. Since 1975 - Associate Professor of Technology Intelligence RAC Mining Institute, teaches discipline "drilling into solid minerals," "directional drilling". Engaged with the technology of diamond drilling, directional drilling and inklinometriyeyu for conditions of Donbass. Author of many scientific publications.
